What an absolutely fabulous day this Sussex beach wedding was from start to finish. The bride was getting ready at her parents house just 200m from the church, so we had some lovely images of her walk to the church – no cars required. After the ceremony the guests were taken by tractor and trailer to the beach for ice-cream, with the bride and groom arriving soon after by tuk-tuk! An amazing walk along the coast followed then back to the village hall, decked out with bunting and complete with tea and cake.
You could not ask for a more traditional, british setting. The temperature of 30c was the crowning glory.
The details Sarah and Neil put into their day made it their own, from the home-made bunting to the bride making her own bouquet, to the magnificent cheese stack cake (don’t worry, they had a regular cake, too). I think our favourite detail, however was Sarah’s pair of dusty pink Valentino peep-toes. Her tea-length dress was perfect for showing them off!
